
With over 30 years of coaching experience, Coach Napolitano has made a significant impact on baseball at various levels. He has coached at Plum Senior High School, where he spent six years coaching the Varsity Baseball team. He then moved on to Woodland Hills High School, where he dedicated 12 years to coaching their Varsity Baseball team. In addition to high school coaching, Coach Napolitano has spent five years coaching Semi-Pro baseball and five years developing a summer Palomino Baseball team, further enriching his knowledge of the game.

A respected figure in baseball development, Coach Napolitano has also contributed his expertise to pro camps for high-profile Major League Baseball players, including Andrew McCutchen, Neil Walker, Josh Harrison, and Ke'Bryan Hayes. His commitment to athlete development has led several players to earn scholarships to play at the Division 1 and Division 2 levels, including his own son, who played D2 baseball.

Coach Napolitano is a graduate of Swissvale High School, where he was a multi-sport letterman, earning honors in baseball, basketball, and football throughout the 1970s. He continued his passion for baseball at the collegiate level and played Semi-Pro baseball in his early career.

With his wealth of experience, including over three decades of coaching across all ages, Coach Napolitano remains a dedicated mentor, helping athletes not only develop their skills but also grow as individuals both on and off the field.
